Small Group Sessions
Sometimes wellbeing grows best when we realise we don't have to navigate things on our own.
It's common to feel isolated when life feels overwhelming, but having a sense of community and belonging plays a pivotal role in our emotional wellbeing. Being in the company of others in a calm, supportive environment can help people feel understood, less alone, and more comfortable being themselves.
Drawing Comfort group sessions provide a safe and welcoming space for people to pause, connect, and focus on their wellbeing alongside others who may be experiencing similar challenges.
The weekly sessions gently encourage connection, creativity, reflection, and emotional awareness without pressure or expectation. Whether you want to talk, listen, create, or simply spend time in a supportive space, you're welcome exactly as you are.
Through shared experiences, practical wellbeing strategies, and meaningful connections, group sessions can help people build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and feel more connected, supported, and understood.
Spaces are limited to a maximum of 8 people per group to help maintain a calm, supportive, and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable with taking part.
