Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how to reschedule and cancel all types of appointments and the charges payable

Rescheduling free consultations:
No charge.
Rescheduling Parent Support Sessions:
I appreciate you might need to reschedule your appointment, for example due to illness or holiday.
To allow for this, a maximum of two appointments can be rescheduled.
Any additional rescheduling of your appointment, I reserve the right to charge the following:
More than 24 hours’ notice given: 50% of appointment fee payable.
Less than 24 hours’ notice given: 75% of appointment fee payable.
Rescheduling therapeutic sessions:
Every client has a specific timeslot for their weekly session, I'm therefore unable to offer missed sessions to other clients.
I appreciate you or your child/teenager might need to reschedule a session, for example due to illness or holiday.
To allow for this, a maximum of two sessions can be rescheduled.
Any additional rescheduling of therapeutic sessions, I reserve the right to charge the following:
More than 24 hours’ notice given: 50% of appointment fee payable.
Less than 24 hours’ notice given: 75% of appointment fee payable.
Cancellation of free consultations:
No charge.
Cancellation of Parent Support Sessions:
More than 24 hours’ notice given: no charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice given: 50% of session fee payable.
Cancellation of therapeutic sessions:
More than 48 hours' notice given: no charge.
At least 24 hours’ notice given: 50% of session fee payable.
Less than 24 hours’ notice given: 100% of session fee payable.
Please note:
I recognise that every situation is different, so I will always aim to be fair, understanding and flexible wherever possible.
There may be occasions when I’m happy to accommodate additional changes without charge, depending on the circumstances.
My aim is to make sure we can work together in a way that feels supportive and manageable for everyone.
